Train through treament and beyond…like I did.
Maintain or rebuild your fitness with guidance, empathy, and support from someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
Exercise is Medicine
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019, just one day after my 47th birthday. With the support of my oncologist, I created a safe, sustainable exercise plan that allowed me to keep training through seven months of chemotherapy and radiation. I was able to return to my normal activities after treatment and today, I’m stronger and fitter than ever.
That experience changed how I understand strength and fitness. I learned that less can be more, and that something is almost always better than nothing. I also learned to listen to my body and honor its limits. It made me more compassionate and deeply appreciative of what my body is capable of.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you train safely, rebuild your strength, and feel supported…through treatment and beyond.
This work is deeply personal to me, and I believe support should be accessible. Reduced-rate training is available for survivors. Please reach out if this would be helpful for you.
