I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with over 10 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. I help people build real strength safely and without intimidation.

In addition to personal training, I lead small group strength training sessions focused on mastering weightlifting fundamentals in a supportive, judgment-free environment where confidence grows as quickly as strength.

As a breast cancer survivor with training in cancer exercise and recovery, I also support individuals after cancer diagnosis and treatment, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to coaching survivors.

My approach is encouraging, relationship driven, and focused on helping you realize you’re stronger than you think, no matter what life throws at you.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me on one of my four bikes!
